Hello!
I am Eliza Ryan, and my passion is to awaken you to the possibilities of being. To this end my yoga classes speak to the body, consciousness and Self, facilitating the whole of you flowing together. I offer alignment based, restorative, meditation, and vinyasa practices, as well WHOLEdanceFLOW and WHOLEFLOW classes and workshop, to strengthen and stretch your body and Self. Each class is crafted to the students present, speaking to your level and needs.  All classes share a dedication to correct alignment, an atmosphere of playful curiosity, and a commitment to all students feeling seen and safe. My job is to spark your curiosity, broaden your choices for being and enliven life through offering tools and facillitating experiences. Simple. I offer in person and online private sessions, workshops and classes. I look forward to knowing you!
